John started his career at Interstate AC in 2014 as a Project Manager in the construction division. He became the Director of Construction in 2022 and was named Partner that same year. Since entering the industry at 18, John has remained passionate about the people and opportunities within HVAC, plumbing, and construction. His exceptional leadership and clear vision for Interstate AC’s future, along with his steadfast belief that good people are the foundation of the company’s success, led to his appointment as President and CEO in 2023. John resides in Bowling Green, KY, with his wife, Tyra, and their two sons. In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing with his boys.

Bill began his career in the HVAC industry in 1987, driven by a passion for tackling technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service. His journey started with running parts and installing residential and commercial equipment, gradually advancing into residential and commercial service, controls service, and ultimately service management. In 2006, Bill joined the Interstate AC team as the service manager, where his leadership in technology and service principles helped shape the team’s success. His dedication to the industry led him to become a member of the Senior Management Team, and in 2022, he was appointed Partner and Director of Service. Throughout his career, Bill has remained committed to sharing his knowledge and nurturing the growth of others within the HVAC industry. His customer-first mindset and open-door leadership style have been pivotal to Interstate AC’s success. Bill resides in Portland, TN, with his wife, DeDe. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family.

Jon joined the company in 2013 as a Commercial Account Manager and quickly built the largest portfolio of commercial business. His success led to a promotion to Sales Manager in 2020, and he became Partner and Director of Sales in 2022. With a strong focus on customer relationships and a commitment to Interstate AC’s success, Jon continues to grow the commercial HVAC and plumbing service sales team. Born and raised in Lebanon, Tennessee, he still resides there with his wife, Chelsea, and their son. Motivated by his faith and family, Jon enjoys cheering on the Tennessee Vols in his free time.

Jeff joined Interstate AC in 2007 as the third Commercial Accounts Manager. With nearly 40 years of experience in sales, he has been integral to the company’s growth in the large commercial property management, industrial, and medical sectors. His commitment to customer care and effective communication led to his promotion to Business Development Manager in 2022, where he continued to expand the sales team and build a recognized brand of dependable performance in the Nashville marketplace. Jeff became a Partner in 2022 and was appointed Director of Marketing in 2024. He and his wife of 42 years, Brenda, reside in Williamson County, where they enjoy spending time at the lake with their two daughters and grandchildren.

Kirsta joined the company in 2019 as a Controller. Her deep understanding of regional market dynamics and extensive experience in financial management have been instrumental in guiding Interstate AC Service toward sustained success, leading to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer in 2024. In her current role, she oversees all financial operations, ensuring the company’s fiscal health and strategic growth. Her commitment to transparency and ethical standards fosters a culture of integrity and innovation within the company, earning her respect in the Middle Tennessee business community. Kirsta resides in Chapmansboro, TN, with her husband, Bobby. When she’s not working, you’ll find her relaxing at the lake house with her family.

Steve joined Interstate AC in 2023 as Director of Construction, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the industry. He began his career at a prominent Middle Tennessee mechanical firm, where he worked his way up from plumber to Director of Construction, gaining a wealth of hands-on expertise and leadership. Steve is deeply passionate about developing people and believes that empowering others to reach their full potential is the cornerstone of success. This philosophy drives his leadership approach, influencing both his project management and his dedication to fostering growth within his team. Steve and his wife, Cheryl, call Lebanon, TN, home. They enjoy spending time on the water fishing and boating, and creating memories with their children and grandchildren.

Tivous joined Interstate AC in 2022 as both Safety Manager and Commercial Account Manager. In 2023, he was promoted to Director of Safety, where he now oversees all safety training, procedures, and operations across the company. Tivous’ background includes significant experience in compliance, having worked with Tennessee OSHA prior to his tenure at Interstate AC. He is deeply committed to helping others understand safety in an approachable and actionable way, fostering a company-wide culture that prioritizes safety at every level. Tivous lives in Lebanon, TN, with his wife, Mary Beth, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family and exploring the great outdoors.

Michele began her career at Interstate AC in 2024 as the Director of Human Resources. With over 15 years of experience in HR, primarily in the oil and gas and chemical manufacturing sectors, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the role. Michele is passionate about creating positive employee relations and is committed to providing ongoing support to the team. Her approach focuses on being there for employees and helping them grow within the company. Michele resides in Lebanon, TN. Outside of work, she enjoys off-roading in her Jeep and spending time outdoors.
