Interstate A/C system is a gem. The office staff was professional with a personal touch. We phoned in an issue at 9am and within 2 hours there was a technician at our unit, he diagnosed the problem and had us up and running within the hour.

I had the unfortunate need to speak with Interstate AC after a wire burnt through the insulation and melted several holes in my copper coolant line. After I was quoted $8880 for a full replacement for a 4 yr old unit, Brian was out less than 24 hours after my initial call with Tommy and within 2 hours, my house was cooling again. At a substantially lower price than what I was quoted by the national company that came out and kept me in the 100 heat for 2 weeks while I tried to sort out an insurance claim. I can not recommend them high enough.

There technician ran multiple test unlike the other companies that just shot from the hip and guessed . I spoke with the owner Tommy personally and her took very good care of me and my family. forever grateful for these honest men and women. Amazing company!!! Our a/c went out Friday afternoon and I called expecting it to atleast be Saturday at the very earliest but no they were able to get someone out there that night. About 4 hours after I called which was great cause it was 82 degrees inside our house. They had it fixed and blowing cold in about an hour and works great!!! Will for sure use again if I need them for anything!!
